Dear GIANT TV,
After years of buying from
nationwide electronics stores, I feel compelled to share
my Giant TV experience with you and your employees. As
an audio/video enthusiast, I had always assumed shopping
at these big stores was the best way to go. With their
huge buying power, surely they at least had
the best prices, right? Wrong!
Dealing with Giant TV has been
far and above a better shopping and buying experience
than being abused at the chain stores. Have you ever
tried to get an answer about something with a national
store over the telephone? You'll be lucky to even get
a price quote from these guys. That is, IF they answer
the phone. I usually get tired of waiting on hold and
drive down there (I think they plan it that way). Once
at the store, you can never find anybody to help you,
and when you do, it's a high-school kid filling in from
another department.
Giant TV is NOTHING like that.
When you walk into a Giant TV store, you are quickly
greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson.
There is no pressure, whatsoever. They will be happy
to help you, or let you alone to shop if that's what
you prefer. I am not an impulse buyer, I tend to shop
around for awhile. I found the prices at Giant TV to
be the best in town.
After the deal, my HDTV was
delivered quickly and completely by Giant TV Technicians.
They helped me set up the new system and even carried
away my old TV. And, if I have a question, I KNOW I can
get someone on the phone in minutes - NOT DAYS.
Thank-you Giant TV. You have
a customer for life.
